An orange wine, yet deceptively pink in colour. The pink hue is the outcome of macerated Pinot Gris that has been left to ferment. Dry, Hints of berries, slight tannins present that fade after the wine opens, and maintains the feel of an orange wine. Clean, dry, elegant.

Un vin orange cordial, minéral et structuré. Bien frais avec son côté citronné, il est parfait au soleil avec quelques tranches de saumon fumé. Le chardonnay a été réduit pour ce millésime 2018 et ainsi enlever le côté amer et rustique au profit de l’élégance du pinot blanc
