We discovered Joan Rubió (Xare-lo, Catalonia) at Boui Boui Shop in San Sebastián — a shop with a very interesting selection of natural wines. Joan Rubió who spent many years at a leading Cava producer, is a perfect example of a talented winemaker bringing his expertise from conventional winemaking into the world of natural wine.

Demi sec Très fruité et frais, notes secondaires de truffes, petites touches mentholées, belle persistance. Très équilibré.
