Mouth puckering acidity but worked beautifully with acidic dishes that brought out its sweetness and balanced out fatty meat.

Leathery Soft tannins Round Medium bodied

Al naso le note floreali si integrano con quelle affumicate. Al palato un mix di ciliegie croccanti e pepe nero con la liquirizia a chiudere. Elogio della bevibilità.
