May 2023Une découverte gustative tant par les plats savoureux et travaillés que les vins étonnants…Un accueil chaleureux et une passion des vins partagée avec générosité …merci pour ce moment exquis !
Aug 2022Excellent moment chez les ils friends. Gros niveau en vins naturels , une passion pour ces jeunes garçons talentueux passionnés par le nature, la fraîcheur, le goût et les sentiers de traverse , loin des standards. Audacieux, courageux, ils proposent une cuisine hyper créative , pleine de goût , audacieuse et subtile. L’accueil est chaleureux et ils savent prendre leur temps. Des pionniers en Sardaigne qui prônent cette culture culinaire bien plus développée dans le nord de l’Europe que dans le sud. Ils ont des convictions et cela fait vraiment plaisir. Après 15 jours en Sardaigne à boire (ou pas) des vins trop soleil et alcoolisés, ici c’est le graal. Allez y les yeux fermés. Le cadre est chouette, chaleureux. Nous repartons en France le cœur léger.
