Zucchini flowers freshly harvested from our organic garden, fresh goats cabri cheese from a local friend (organic cheesemaker), herbs cut straight from the garden, grated cow's cheese (parmigiana type) from our region, zucchini slices ( we grow over 8 types of them ), natural cider.
Vendance, tench, crucian, bream and roach fish are a forgotten treasure of our waters. We cooperate with local fisherman to get what is abundant in the season. Together with different vegetables and herbs from the garden we make a complex, rich and aromatic soup.
The noble sturgeon from vicinity grilled and served with a splash of sour cream on specially prepared pancakes made from grated truffle potatoes. Accompanied with greens from our organic garden, grilled lemon and tomatoes: in the season You will taste over 20 different tomato varieties! You can also have a walk to our garden and see how we grow them!

We are lucky to be neighbors to a number of premium polish cheesemakers. All of them ( that we serve in our restaurant) are organic. Some of them are certified. Cheese are made with non- pasteurized milk. All the cheesemakers are small artisanal places. We can choose between cow's, goat's and sheep's milk, fresh / short aging cheese and patiently aged rings. Plain or with herbs, smoked or with aromatic skin and deep flavor inside. Since different cheese are available throughout the season You will find different selection of a couple of them on Your plate.
