Andre is a very talented winemaker. He’s extremely friendly, open to suggestions, and helpful when it comes to pairing wines with food. Be sure to try his Muscat wines—you’ll notice their fresh acidity alongside delicate tropical fruit and floral aromas. Wonderful summer wines. In addition, if you prefer a slightly spicy dish, you should try the Roig Boig rosé, made from the complex grapes of the same vineyard.
