Bodegas Cueva

In the heart of the Utiel-Requena region, surrounded by centuries-old vines and located at an altitude of 600 meters, Bodega Cueva is situated in the center of the village of La Portera, inland from Valencia, on the Spanish Mediterranean coast.

This unique 18th-century building has only ever produced wine in one way throughout its history: the natural, artisanal method. Vinos Cueva's motto is "Grapes and nothing else." At Cueva, respect for the environment, biodiversity, and health are paramount.

That's why we only use organically grown grapes. Tempranillo, Bobal (the grape with the most antioxidant properties), and Tardana, a late-ripening variety ideal for making low-alcohol sparkling wines.

Their aging cellars provide the wines with the rest and ideal temperature, transforming them into tranquil and exclusive wines. Natural winemaking, without filters or treatments, is combined with the latest technology in the preservation, bottling, and labeling of the natural products that come from Bodega Cueva.

Cueva has certification and seals from the Committee of Organic Agriculture of the Valencian Community
