Etichetta Verde è il Vermentino in purezza della cantina Santa Caterina, situata sulle colline di Sarzana, in Liguria. le uve provengono da vigneti coltivati in modo naturale, senza interventi invasivi con fermentazioni spontanee grazie ai lieviti indigeni. L'affinamento avviene in acciaio, preservando la freschezza e la purezza varietale. Nel calice si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino brillante, con un bouquet che richiama fiori di campo, erbe aromatiche e frutta gialla matura. Il sorso è fresco, equilibrato e di grande bevibilità, con chiusura pulita e minerale. Prefetto da abbinare con pesce, antipasti di mare, formaggi freschi, spaghetti alle vongole, trofie al pesto.
