Santa Caterina “Etichetta Verde” è un Vermentino di Liguria di Levante che unisce freschezza marina, profumi mediterranei e una chiara impronta minerale. Prodotto sull’omonima collina nel comune di Sarzana, il vino nasce da vigneti coltivati su terreno argilloso di origine alluvionale con colorazione rossa. In degustazione si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino brillante. Al naso spiccano note di frutta gialla matura, fiori bianchi e richiami di macchia mediterranea; chiusura con lieve sfumatura mandorlata. Al palato è armonico, ben equilibrato: la mineralità spiccata si fonde con una freschezza vibrante, sostenuta da una buona acidità; finale sapido e persistente, con cenni agrumati e iodati. Perfetto come aperitivo elegante o in abbinamento a piatti di mare (crostacei, molluschi), pesce alla griglia, insalate ricche, cucina ligure e piatti vegetariani.
