Beli Pinot di JNK è un Pinot Bianco della Valle della Vipava, in Slovenia, prodotto dalla famiglia Mervič a Šempas. I vigneti crescono su terreni di marne e argille, localmente associati all’opoka, e la cantina adotta per le uve bianche una breve macerazione sulle bucce. Il vino prosegue poi la maturazione sulle proprie fecce in botti di rovere, secondo lo stile tradizionale della casa. Nel bicchiere mostra un profilo ricco e gastronomico, con richiami di miele, erbe mediterranee e sfumature balsamiche. Il sorso è secco, strutturato e sostenuto dalla freschezza, con una tessitura morbida e una vena sapida che accompagna il finale persistente. Si abbina bene a pesce saporito, carni bianche, verdure arrosto, funghi e formaggi di media stagionatura.
