Mar 2025Une superbe découverte, tant pour la qualité des vins que l'accueil, les conseils. Blancs, oranges, rosés, rouges, pétillants, tout est bon. Un grand souvenir, je retournerai à Florence juste pour y passer une ou deux soirées

D'abord, le nombre de références au verre, ensuite la qualité des vins, puis la maîtrise du sujet par le patron, ensuite, son accueil, ses conseils. Une référence en matière de bar à vin nature. Rien que pour la découverte du lieu, il faut visiter Florence
Feb 2025Merveilleux endroit L accueil est hors du temps, chaleureux raffiné et ouvert La cuisine est typique sans aucune lourdeur et pleine de saveurs Les vins sont fantastiques, le meilleur du vin naturel et les accords proposés sont un régal L endroit est très raffiné, le dessin géométrique du décor est beaucoup plus beau que sur les photos, on le retrouve sur le dressage des tables C est la meilleure soirée pour nous
