Superbe table dans le cœur historique d’Ajaccio. Le chef Lambert est un vrai passionné des produits qu’il cuisine et des vins naturels et vivants qu’il sert. Mention spéciale pour le Ram Dam, premier PetNat’ Corse introuvable qu’ils nous a fait découvrir. A essayer sans faute.
