Nel nostro ristorante vi attendono i sapori autentici della cucina gallurese e mediterranea, con piatti di mare e di terra firmati dallo Chef Stefano Secori. Li accompagniamo con vini sardi biodinamici, biologici e artigianali, selezionati da piccole cantine che lavorano con passione. Solo bottiglie da 0,75 L, da produzioni che partono da 150 e spesso non superano le 10.000 unità.

I don’t understand why this restaurant is in raisin. It is a nice restaurant, with nice food, but when it comes to the wines you get “we have lots of wines” first, but then you get the usual red or white, fruity or dry (and there is no wine list or wine fridge/cellar to choose from, so you are totally dependent on what the service chooses for you and apparently, sadly, they do not understand the concept of somebody wanting to taste interesting/unusual/natural wines. Unless you know exactly what you are going for (which you you usually don’t by definition, when you are in new country/island), and you want to discover, you will be disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, the service was very nice and tried quite hard, but this is just not the right place to discover local natural wine.
