Natural German Pinot Gris. Not usually a fan of Pinot Gris, but this one is surprising. Nose is mint, vanilla, candy. High in acidity as you’d expect from this variety, but the aromas take it up a few notches.
Nose of vanilla, tobacco, chocolate coated jelly banana finish. Metallic finish of boudin noir.
