Pour fin août/début septembre, je cherche une petite équipe de vendangeurs/vendangeuses motivé.e.s pour ramasser les raisins, mais aussi pour vivre une belle expérience collective ! Ça se passe à Saint-Amour-Bellevue mais pas que : il y a des vignes en Côte de Brouilly, Morgon, Saint-Amour, Saint-Véran et Pouilly-Fuissé. Le domaine s'appelle L'Oiseau de passage, est situé à la frontière du Beaujolais et du Mâconnais, à 15 minutes de Mâcon (71). Vous serez logé.e.s dans un camping 4 étoiles avec plan d’eau de baignade pour récupérer sur la plage en fin de journée. Il y aura 8 jours de vendanges du 28 août au 5 septembre payés 12,2 euros brut de l'heure, plus un jour off le lundi 1er septembre. Le repas de midi est pris en charge sauf le jour off, et on vous prépare un chouette repas le dernier soir pour finir sur une note festive. Il faut prévoir d’arriver le 27 août et de repartir le 6 septembre. Ici on travaille dans la joie et la bonne humeur ! Je vous fais découvrir les (très bons) vins des différentes appellations du coin, je réponds à toutes vos questions (ou presque…), et je montre aux curieux comment ça se passe dans le cuvage. Domaine de 3,5 Ha, dans une région très agréable, calme mais animée, à 1h de Vienne. Pas besoin d'avoir de l'expérience, juste de la curiosité et de l'enthousiasme! Nous pouvons héberger une personne sur place, (maximum un couple) nourri-abreuvé-logé-blanchi-e selon les principes du wwoofing. We provide a nice place to stay (a house in our vineyard) and good food (Randazzo is famous for the quality of the products). The rhythm during the harvest can be intense, sometimes exhausting, the idea is always to work the grapes as soon as they are harvested to keep the freshness of the fruit. And after the grapes are handpicked and macerated there is a lot of washing, cleaning etc. But in the end of the day, everybody become friends and it's a very happy time, totally outside of your everyday life. And we sleep very well on mount Etna. Also we try as much as possible to allow some free time to the team so they can hang around, go to the river or escalade the volcano, or just rest.

Alloggio : OUI - YES We are looking for people who embrace our corporate philosophy: low intervention, spontaneous fermentation and lots and lots of passion our vineyards are on a steep slope and are located at 600 m above sea level. Mineral soils, rich in chalk, rock salt, limestone, sulfur. We apply an ethical viticulture that I define as tailored, respectful and free of clichés. In the vineyard, biodiversity reigns, the hundreds of species present are mowed manually, treatments are done with sulfur and copper, currently only in powder form, and I try to reduce the quantities as much as possible based on the years. The key thought is to do the most in the vineyard to work simply in the cellar where fermentations occur spontaneously without temperature controls, without filtration and corrections of any kind, except the use of sulfur. The idea is to make an authentic wine that can tell a story worthy of this territory too often forgotten.

Le domaine de 4 ha est situé sur la commune de Vouvray en Indre et Loire, pas très loin de Tours. (gare d’arrivée Amboise ) Les vignes y sont cultivées en agriculture biologique. Le cépage principal est le Chenin. Au chai la vinification est spontanée, en limitant le nombre d'interventions. En bref, on y fait du vin nature ! Nous estimons le début des vendanges autour du 10 septembre pour une durée approximative de 15 jours Vous travaillerez entre 5 et 7h/j sur une base de 12,50€/h, 5 ou 6 jours/semaine. En ce qui concerne le logement , nous vous proposons une chambre dans dans un gîte ou dans la maison en dortoir (pas plus de deux par chambre )où vous pourrez profiter des espaces communs et du jardin à votre guise. Les repas (à part petits déjeuners) seront offert. Si vous vous épanouissez dans le partage et le respect, que vous aimez travailler dehors et que vous sentez vos genoux et votre dos prêts à passer des jours intenses alors vous serez les bienvenu.e.s dans l'équipe !
