SCHERIOL 2018 @cascinagasparda Freisa 100% vinified in rosé, macerated for 2 hours, fiberglass, aging in steel. Strawberry, currant, raspberry and pomegranate fruit salad form the aromatic framework of this healthy and transparent material. In the mouth a flowing sip, intense with freshness and salinity, clean and linear, it enters and wraps the palate with notes of musk, bark and roots in a slightly bitter bitter finish, light co2. What can I say ... combined with an omelette of Paduan chicken eggs and a red cap finds its suitable habitat ....
