Skin fermented Neuburger from the Czech Republic. Lots of dried apples, marmalade, and bone marrow. Savoury and juicy all at once! Stainless steel élevage and bottles under crown cap. No fining, no filtration, no sulphur.
Belle surprise, très bon vin blanc tchèque !
