La Briga goes above and beyond as the greatest recommendation when visiting Finale Ligure. My relatives and I visited the restaurant on a warm Sunday evening and had the loveliest experience. We all agreed that they executed all dishes perfectly — from their homemade truffle tagliatelle to the expertly grilled mix of meats. What truly elevated the evening was the amazing host and waiters who gave a genuin experience through their warm service, agile approach to food allergies, well selected wines and great care to highlight the flavors of their locally grown crops.
