Pitchounet from Domaine Mouressipe is a natural red wine crafted by Alain Allier in the Languedoc region, France. Pitchounet is a 50/50 blend of Cinsault and Grenache. This white wine from Penedès features Macabeu grapes from Las Parelladas vineyard in Sant Sadurní. The calcareous soil contributes to its distinctive mineral and saline finish. The wine undergoes eight days of skin contact fermentation and spends two months on lees with weekly stirring. Bottled without filtration or stabilization to maintain its natural character, it presents floral notes and a light, mineral structure.

Chardonnay Grandcuroulet from Domaine Ratte is a single-parcel white from the Grand-Curoulet vineyard in Arbois, right in the heart of the Jura. The vines grow on soils rich in fossils, which give the wine a clear mineral side as well as a smooth, rounded feel. In the glass, it opens with notes of green apple, pear and a touch of citrus, followed by subtle hints of toasted hazelnut that reflect its Jura origins. On the palate it is precise yet generous, with lively acidity and a long, clean finish. This is a Chardonnay that shows Jura character more than power: refined, mineral and food-friendly.
