Libertango is a bright and expressive white wine that celebrates the freedom of natural winemaking. Grown in the rugged Alt-Empordà region of Catalonia, this field blend of Chenin Blanc, Macabeo, Parellada, and White Grenache offers a lively interplay of citrusy freshness and gentle floral notes. Hand-destemmed grapes see a short maceration, bringing out extra aromatic depth before fermenting in traditional amphora. Six months of aging in oak barrels lend a subtle roundness to its spirited acidity. Created by Vinyes Tortuga, who live among their vines and farm holistically, Libertango captures both a sense of place and an adventurous spirit in every sip.
Caviste
500ml of straight-up natural chaos. PEC stands for Pecorino — a local white grape known for its zing and nerve. And in the hands of Lammidia, it turns into something alive, cloudy, vibrant, and completely untamed. This is natural wine with texture, tension, and attitude. ⸻ Winemakers Marco Giuliani & Davide Gentile started Lammidia in a garage in Abruzzo with one rule: 100% grapes and nothing else. No sulfites, no filtering, no fining, no tech — just wild fermentation and raw expression of place. They call it “wine made by humans, not technicians.” We call it a bottle you won’t forget. ⸻ Details • Producer: Lammidia • Region: Abruzzo, Italy • Grape: 100% Pecorino • Style: Skin-contact white (light orange) • Vintage: 2023 • Alcohol: 12.5% • Unfined, unfiltered, zero additives
