Very old Airen from Castilla. Biodynamic farming. Natural winemaking with tiny amount of sulphur (<20mg). 2 months macerated. Aging in steel. Cloudy golden colour. Intense, rich, complex. Apples, apricots, herbs, spices, mineral / salty notes. Fresh with good acidity (and touch of VA ;). Savoury. Small RS. Unusual and great fun to drink. #orange
