Je me suis ouvert une bouteille hier et c'était du pur vinaigre blanc. J'ai été très déçu j'en attendais beaucoup de ce vin. J'espère que c'était juste une bouteille défectueuse

A fantastic orange wine, this wine is a real fermented grape juice
Very old Airen from Castilla. Biodynamic farming. Natural winemaking with tiny amount of sulphur (<20mg). 2 months macerated. Aging in steel. Cloudy golden colour. Intense, rich, complex. Apples, apricots, herbs, spices, mineral / salty notes. Fresh with good acidity (and touch of VA ;). Savoury. Small RS. Unusual and great fun to drink. #orange
Selvaggio. "Maceracion pelicular". Note acetica. Tannico.
