Magnum bottle 1500ml. The last vintage where Josko used only oak. Beautiful wine, mature, the length is affected by the oak, and the final taste is a little astringent, which is a pity. Overall very good but the vintages after where a mix of oak and amphora are used are better for the wines.

THIS IS THE WINE OF MY 🧡 The only bottle I wish could last forever. The flavours you can feel on the nose are endless: hazelnuts, nuts, cinnamon, salted caramel, raisin, dried apricot, white chocolate, vanilla, honey, wood hints. They can all be found on the palate. It is a triumph of complexity and flavours. Great acidity, elegant tannins, amazing structure. I had it with shrimps with bacon and it was perfect.

Orange, amphora, skin contact: Josko Gravner gave these words a new meaning. I’m so blessed to live so close to this genius. His Ribolla is intense, round, full.
Punchy immediately out of the bottle. The acidity has kept this wine so fresh. The telltale signs of age blew away after a few minutes and left golden syrup, marmalade, toasted sunflower seeds and panna cotta. Somehow it also started to develop caramel and cocoa on top of the front up candied citrus (cumquat and apricot).
Huge concentration and deep amber colour. Luscious but completely dry.Nuts, marzipan, apricots, Tangerine.Amazing wine.

Giallo aranciato molto luminoso. Erbaceo con note di erbe aromatiche, cera d’api, albicocca e di pesca secca, marmellata di frutta, origano e rosmarino. Salvia e salicornia chiudono il tutto. In bocca è pieno, profondo e lunghissimo. Tannino vellutato, vino davvero super elegante.
1901年創業のワイナリー。 ラディコンのスタンコと共にカリスマ的な存在であるヨスコ・グラヴネルが手掛けるワインです。 ジョージアのワインを飲んだ際に感銘を受け、自社のワイナリーでもジョージアから輸入したアンフォラを使用し、現代的なアプローチではなく昔ながらのアプローチでの醸造。 彼のワインからは、シリアスなグラヴネルらしい側面の中に、飲み手に対しての大地、ブドウ、天候という様々なメッセージが感じられます。 この「リボッラ」は、リボッラ・ジャッラを使用した白ワイン。 アンフォラで約半年間皮ごとの醗酵&初期段階の熟成。 圧搾後再びアンフォラへと戻し半年追熟。 その後大樽で6年熟成の後ボトリングされています。
