Un vin vraiment déroutant sur lequel on perd tous ses repères et c’est tant mieux ! C’est puissant, ça tapisse le palais sur des notes de coing et fruits secs. Finale interminable ⚡️👍

Sophisticated, complex orange wine made in qvevri with extensive skin contact. A smooth and gentle wine, compared to others I've tried from Pheasant's Tears. Intriguing, layered aromas of dried apricots, honey and meaty dried ham. Rather closed at first, needs time after opening the bottle before it's willing to reveal everything it has to offer. Beautiful, generous and rich skin contact white wine from Georgia! Ripe oranges, grapefruit, spice and nuts - complex and full bodied with a banging acid to match!
