Drank this al fresco from Roberta's in Madison Square. I always love this wine. It was fruity, funky and earthy with some vegetative notes. A nice bitter finish ties it all together. Perfect with the white pie!!
Easy drinking white, simple but that's exactly what it's supposed to be.

C'est frais, vivant, tonique, un peu sur le fil mais ça tient dans le temps (même après 24h).
Apple and citrus with a hint of honey. This “table wine” is a real beauty and easy drinking for such a young natural wine.
7.1 / biodynamic / $20 / Loius Dressner / wanted to like this one a little more. A few bonus points got being inexpensive. Nice grassy and floral notes. A little flabby though. All in all a pretty decent wine, but I'm not gonna seek it out.

Petit voyage en Italie et passage chez Monsieur Bellotti pour déjeuner et faire le plein de petites merveilles comme ce blanc "simple" mais absolument redoutable. Une tuerie à l'apéro.

Cascina degli Ulivi is a farm that has promoted and practiced biodinamic farming for over 30 years specializing in not only vineyards, but also in vegetables, fruits orchards and other edibles. Its unfiltered and unfined qualities makes it cloudy and a bit funky. Flowers and orchards mix balanced with certain mineral traces and a tangy acidity that makes it a perfect starter wine to accommodate any appetizers or light food. Delicious!

Estremamente fresco e di grandissima beva: floreale, agrumato e parzialmente acidulato al naso; al palato è sapido e sprigiona note di lime, ardesia e fiammifero.
