Higher acid than the previous vintage. Still pretty juicy and earthy, lighter mouthfeel than expected! Very yum 💓
A big cherry bomb with a nice long after taste. Some black fruit tones w/ bit of yeast (more in the noise than in the mount). I like it a lot :)
Léger, fin, droit et équilibré. Très droit, et très équilibré, même... Comme un funambule qui forcément n'aurait pas le droit de tomber ni à droite ni à gauche. Du plaisir, mais p-ê un manque d'émotions. Pas grave, il reste une bouteille pour changer d'avis.
