This was by the glass at Ten Bells on a Saturday afternoon. Poured from a jero. It needed about 25 minutes of air to open up and then......wow! Rather complex and layered. Dark fruit, brambly, minerally and a long finish. A generous wine, plenty of character and energy.

Light summer wine ....
