The Salon des Gnôles Naturelles 2024 on October 20 & 21, 2024, in Paris.
The event will showcase spirits made naturally, without chemical inputs, distilled on traditional stills, using no industrial alcohol, and based on natural wines or organic products. Wonderful!
But that's not all: you'll also find naturally made beers, koji, kombucha, and alcohol-free juices.
There will also be a cocktail bar, snacks, a bookshop, a lecture on yeast, a presentation and signing of the book Naturellement Gnôles, a bingo game, and plenty of music. In short, it promises to be a time of discovery and celebration!
