GRAWÜ
GRAWÜ is a family-owned winery founded by Leila Grasselli and Dominic Würth, celebrating their unique Alpine terroir in Italy. They produce around 20,000 bottles annually, focusing on organic practices and natural winemaking. GRAWÜ crafts dynamic wines that embody the liveliness of their family and the spirit of the mountains, capturing the true essence of each vintage.

Tasting notes: In the glass, Pinot Roots reveals a deep ruby red color. On the nose, it opens with aromas of ripe cherries, red berries, and subtle spice, enhanced by the long maceration. On the palate, it offers a balanced combination of fruit and spice, supported by fine tannins and vibrant acidity. This Pinot Noir has a long finish which creates an intense tasting experience, with great potential for aging.
Château Shuette
Château Shuette is a new family-owned regenerative vineyard and farm in Entre Deux Mers, Bordeaux, producing around 16,000 bottles annually from its 4.5-hectare vineyard. Situated on organically cultivated clay and schist soils by the Dordogne River, the domaine follows natural winemaking principles with minimal intervention and low sulphite use.

Tasting Notes: Sanguis 2023 offers a fragrant bouquet of blackcurrants, black cherry, and lavender. On the palate, it's medium-plus bodied with balanced lactic acidity, delivering fresh raspberry flavors, plush tannins, and a lightly spiced finish of black pepper and orange bitters. This fruit-forward Claret is made from Cabernet Sauvignon 80%, Petit Verdot 10%, and Cabernet Franc 10%.
Pax Wines
Pax Wines, a family-owned winery in Sebastopol, CA, was founded in 2000. Specializing in Syrah, Chenin Blanc, and Gamay Noir, they focus on organic, sustainable, and biodynamic practices. Their winemaking process includes foot-crushing grapes and fermenting with natural yeasts, ensuring a pure, artisanal approach.
