At the heart of R&BAR is manager Stephan Martin. His own legacy in Vienna's natural wine story began with the city's first natural wine bar, "o Boufés," in 2014. After years in the Michelin-starred restaurant world, he graced Vienna with R&BAR, a space that resonates with the passion for the art of wine. Dave Ferris, a globe-trotting wine whisperer with experiences from Paris to Montreal, brings his wisdom to R&BAR, courtesy of the legendary Bar Brutal in Barcelona, and his wine project, Kollektiv Peternell.
