Pizza and natural wine, it's a combination that just works! In the heart of Bordeaux, Pizzeria Dieci opened in mid-September 2022 and serves amazing Neapolitan-style pizza with delicious Italian natural wines by the glass and bottle.
In the kitchen, you'll find Chef Ibrahim behind an authentic Pavesi Rimini pizza oven. Ibrahim is passionate about dough and Italian cuisine, and his pizzas reflect this. They are light, crispy, and have puffed-up crusts covered in perfect leoparding. Ibrahim was trained by Guilllaume, who founded the project after training at Capperi, the natural bread making school opened in Bordeaux by the chef Bartolo Calderon, where he discovered the world of pizza.
Juliette manages the front of the house, serving and offering advice on the natural wines and pizzas. The pizzeria also showcases work from local artists and is currently exhibiting Juliette's work, as she is also a talented graphic designer!
"Our top priority is to open the right bottle at the right time for the right people. We strive to ensure that our wines show no deviation and are ready to drink. Our goal is to satisfy wine lovers and convert the curious or the most skeptical with references from all over" says owner Guillaume Samson.
