Quelle belle soirée nous avons eu la chance de passer chez Ciclo ce vendredi 7 août. C’est entre un quartier touristique et un quartier plus populaire que ce couple de portugais décide donner naissance à un très chouette projet. Quelle belle découverte ! Nous avons fait le choix de nous laisser guider par nos hôtes tant pour le menu que pour les vins et nous n’avons pas été déçus. C’est dans une ambiance calme et d’entendue qu’en cuisine comme en salle l’attention est portée à chaque plat et chaque table. On ressent la passion dans l’assiette, les produits sont super frais, cuisinés avec créativité, les saveurs délicates. On ressent aussi une grande connaissance des vins et du respect tant pour les produits que pour leurs producteurs. Ici, il on prend du plaisir à partager sa passion en régalant nos papilles et le tout sans prétention ! (Petits bonus : notre chien a également été hyper bien accueillie (il faut dire qu’elle se fait discrète ;) ) et on vous parle même en français! ) N’hésitez pas! Allez-y (même sans réservations !)
