Il Vermentino di Antonio Camillo è un vino bianco Toscana IGT prodotto nella Maremma, da uve Vermentino in purezza coltivate tra Manciano e Pitigliano. I vigneti si trovano su terreni argillosi e tufacei, lavorati senza prodotti di sintesi. In cantina il 30% delle uve fermenta a contatto con le bucce per dieci giorni, mentre la parte restante viene vinificata in bianco, con lieviti indigeni. L'affinamento di quattro mesi in cemento accompagna un profilo aromatico di frutta a polpa bianca e sensazioni minerali. Al palato è pieno e sapido, con una struttura ben definita e un finale rinfrescante. La breve macerazione di una parte delle uve gli conferisce maggiore volume, senza compromettere la freschezza del sorso. È un bianco versatile a tavola, da abbinare a spaghetti alle vongole, pesce al forno, crostacei, verdure grigliate e formaggi freschi.
