Il Bourgogne Aligoté Les Collines de Vaux 2023 è un vino bianco proveniente dalla Borgogna, in Francia, ottenuto da uve Aligoté, uno dei vitigni più tradizionali della regione. Si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino brillante. Al naso emergono profumi freschi di agrumi, mela verde e fiori bianchi, accompagnati da una leggera nota minerale. In bocca è vivace, fresco e pulito, con una bella acidità che lo rende molto beverino e mai pesante. È un vino ideale sia per chi si avvicina ai vini francesi sia per gli appassionati che cercano qualcosa di autentico e facile da bere.
