Pradét di Zehnhof è un Gewürztraminer Trentino DOC prodotto a Roverè della Luna, nell'estremo nord del Trentino. Nasce nell'omonimo vigneto da viti di oltre 60 anni, coltivate su terreni di matrice calcarea, franco-limosi e ciottolosi. Le uve vengono raccolte manualmente e sottoposte a macerazione pre-fermentativa a freddo, seguita da vinificazione in bianco a bassa temperatura in acciaio e da sette mesi di affinamento sui lieviti. Al naso emergono rosa, frutta tropicale, zenzero e delicate sfumature speziate. Il sorso è ricco e strutturato, ma sostenuto da una decisa componente sapida e minerale che accompagna la naturale aromaticità del Gewürztraminer. Un bianco intenso e territoriale, adatto come aperitivo e particolarmente versatile con speck e salumi affumicati, formaggi saporiti, piatti speziati al curry, primi di pesce, crostacei alla griglia e crudi di mare.
