Terroirs d'Écueil di Lacourte-Godbillon è uno Champagne Premier Cru prodotto nel villaggio di Écueil, nella Montagne de Reims. Nasce da un assemblaggio di Pinot Noir e Chardonnay, provenienti dai vigneti della tenuta, con una parte di vini di riserva che contribuisce alla complessità della cuvée. La vinificazione avviene prevalentemente in acciaio, mentre la maturazione sui lieviti in bottiglia sviluppa un profilo aromatico di frutti rossi, mela matura, delicate note floreali e sfumature di brioche. Al palato è fresco e avvolgente, con una bollicina fine e una struttura sostenuta dalla presenza del Pinot Noir. Lo Chardonnay aggiunge slancio, mentre il finale si distingue per una piacevole sensazione sapida. È uno Champagne versatile, ideale per l'aperitivo e adatto ad accompagnare ostriche, carpaccio di capesante, pesce al forno e pollame arrosto.
