Il Barolo Bricco Boschis DOCG 2021 di Cavallotto nasce da uno dei cru storici più prestigiosi di Castiglione Falletto, nel cuore delle Langhe. Ottenuto da uve Nebbiolo in purezza, esprime tutta l'eleganza e la longevità tipiche del grande Barolo. Al calice si presenta con un colore rosso granato brillante. Al naso emergono profumi complessi di rosa appassita, viola, ciliegia matura, piccoli frutti rossi, liquirizia e spezie dolci. In bocca è strutturato, armonico e persistente, con tannini raffinati e una straordinaria capacità di evoluzione nel tempo. Perfetto in abbinamento con brasati, selvaggina, carni rosse importanti, tartufo bianco d'Alba e formaggi stagionati.
