Falistra di Podere Il Saliceto è un Lambrusco di Sorbara DOP prodotto a Campogalliano, nel Modenese, da Lambrusco di Sorbara 100%. È un vino rosato frizzante secco rifermentato in bottiglia, dal caratteristico colore cerasuolo e dalla bollicina piacevole e persistente. Il profilo aromatico richiama marasca, fragolina di bosco e ribes rosso, con una componente fresca e fragrante tipica del Sorbara. Al palato è teso, scorrevole e decisamente fresco, con acidità marcata e una vena minerale che sostiene il frutto e invita al sorso successivo. La rifermentazione in bottiglia ne sottolinea il carattere tradizionale emiliano. È particolarmente adatto all'aperitivo, ma trova ottimi abbinamenti con salumi e cucina modenese, carni bianche, pesce crudo, marinato o al forno.
