Il Bourgogne Aligoté é un vino bianco elegante e vibrante, frutto della lunga esperienza vinicola della famiglia Bonnardot. Vino di color giallo paglierino con riflessi verdolini, offre al naso un bouquet raffinato di fiori bianchi, frutta a polpa gialla, scorza di limone e una delicata nota di melone e fieno. Il sorso è fresco e citrico, morbido in ingresso e persistente nel finale, con una salinità equilibrata. Vinificato con fermentazione spontanea e affinamento in legno piccolo, è un vino naturale che conserva intatta la freschezza varietale dell'Aligoté, valorizzando il terroir della Borgogna. Ottimo come aperitivo e ideale con piatti ai frutti di mare, ostriche, formaggi di capra, insalata estiva.
