“Orange One” di Paraschos è un bianco macerato complesso del Collio, ottenuto da un blend di Friulano, Malvasia Istriana e Ribolla Gialla. Vigne mature (30-40 anni) su terreno “ponka” (argilloso-marnoso), fermentazione spontanea con lieviti indigeni, macerazione sulle bucce per circa un mese, affinamento in grandi botti di rovere slavonia per 30 mesi. Colore giallo dorato con riflessi aranciati; al naso note di frutta gialla e agrumi canditi, spezie boschive, resina e tocchi tostati; in bocca è dinamico, sapido, rustichetto ma equilibrato, con finale lungo e carattere deciso.
