The location of all our vineyards are spread over 20 km river length:

- Briedel: we took over some vineyards from Jessikas grandparents which were planted by them - Traben-Trarbach, Burg, Pünderich, Zell: our aim is to continue with old vineyards and old plants as there are a lot of abandoned vineyards because there are a lot of winemakers that don't have successors.

We want to represent different soils, steep slopes, and sun orientations and show the different shapes of Riesling. The total size of the vineyard is 1.3 ha. The treatments used: all work steps in handwork (machine work is not possible because of the steepness, and we don't want it anyways as it compacts the soils) In the cellar: spontaneous fermentation with the yeasts of the vineyards, berries, and nature, with no interventions except for bâtonnage sometimes. EU Bio-Label, organic from 2025 (we have to wait 3 years because of conversion time), but we are working organic since the beginning in 2021
