Jun 2025Une institution de la gastronomie strasbourgeoise sans hésitation. Une carte de plats authentiques cuisinés avec des produits de qualité. De l’entrée (Terrine de gibier du Ried aux noisettes du Piémont) en passant par le plat (incroyable Bouchée à la Reine) et jusqu’au dessert (Coulant au chocolat Colombie Thierry Mulhaupt) c’est un régal, on sent l’influence du Chef étoilé Alexis Albrecht. La carte des vins n’est pas en reste et en particulier les vins nature, et c’est assez rare pour le préciser, à des prix très raisonnables. Si vous cherchez un lieu convivial à la décoration soignée avec une cuisine généreuse, authentique et qualitative alors avec le Coin des Pucelles vous êtes au bon endroit, nous y avons passé un superbe moment.
