Wine estate located in Saint-Hippolyte, at the foot of the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle.
Independently owned by four generations of 27 hectares of vines, we work according to the principles of biodynamics to produce certified natural wines. In 2014, David took over the family estate, which he and his team now manage, from the vineyards to the cellar. Upon his arrival, the entire estate was converted to organic and then biodynamic methods, alongside agroforestry, before obtaining the Vin Méthode Nature label in 2019.
We are therefore Ecocert, Demeter, Agri-forest and VMN certified. Our main idea is the creation of a plant symbiosis, a preserved and renewed ecosystem. The soils are living, unplowed, grassed, mulched. The entire surface is harvested manually. The Langenberg, the estate's emblematic plot, is characterized by its very particular granite soil (mica, quartz and feldspars), a 10-hectare south-facing terraced plot.
We experiment and improve our methods without any treatment, plant decoctions, or horn dung. All our labels have their own story and are created by our Strasbourg tattoo artist: Jubsyking.
No rose wines at the moment.
