Sepp Muster, legend, role model on the world wine scene, one of the pioneers of natural winemaking in Southern Styria. His line "Vom Opok" which in translation means "from opoke" reflects the exceptional minerality that is expressed in the wines that come from this type of soil. Opoka is a mixture of marl, limestone, sandstone and clay, and is considered the perfect substrate for growing vines. This monovarietal wine exudes elegance. Pronounced minerality that reflects the terroir, freshness in the form of high acids that are wonderfully integrated into a complex body whose rich texture is the result of maturation on yeasts in large wooden barrels. The ideal serving temperature is 12-14 C degrees.
