Michael Gindl comes from the region around Vienna, where he works dedicatedly on his biodynamic farm (10 ha). He cannot imagine viticulture and his life without animals, which are his great love, and almost every label of his is painted with one of them! The falcon on this label is a kind of homage to all the falcons that circle above the vineyards of Grüner Veltliner. Light, fresh and extremely mineral. Green apples, lemons, pomelo, seaweed, capers and salt. Aged for a short time on yeasts in large wooden barrels, which is why there is also a gentle creaminess.
