Istvan Bencze is a young IT guy who started winemaking as a hobby and today cultivates 18 ha of biodynamic vineyards next to Lake Balaton. Its pet-nat is an interesting blend of varieties that grow on volcanic soil full of minerals. A complex sparkling wine with rich notes of lemon, grapefruit, elderberry and a slight yeasty note. Without the addition of sulfites.
