Aubergerie

L'Aubergerie is a story hosted by this old mountain building from the 17th century. It all started for me here with a flock of dairy sheep in 1990. It was a farm at the time. For fifteen years, I raised and sold lamb and made sheep's milk cheese. It is the fruit of this experience that I have the pleasure of sharing here, in a kitchen that works with the products that our farmer friends offer us to taste. For many years we have been searching, creating and imagining original recipes. This year, here we are, we offer you some of the best, some that we liked. You can choose your favorite starters, main courses and desserts from the menu, which is renewed each season. And, of course, I perpetuate the spirit of our experiences in the dish of the day, sometimes simple and other times more elaborate, depending on the mood and climate of the moment. The whole team will be able to give you a unique stay because the Aubergerie is an experience, a friendly, hedonistic way of living, full of laughter and good times shared.
