Vin orange de malvoisi. Bouche ample et fraîche qui se déroule sur fruit fin qui rappelle un peu le muscat et des notes d infusion menthe et fruit estival comme l abricot. DÉLICIEUX avec gambas à la plancha et tapas mer et montagne.

"Sous les Amandiers". Un orange 100% Malvoisie de Sitges élaboré par Toni et Anna Carbó, dans le Penedès (D.O.), en Catalogne. Macération pelliculaire en grappes entières foulées, pendant 15 jours. Puis élevage de 7 mois en cuve en inox. Arômes bruts de fruits tropicaux et agrumes. Floral et minéral. Mais très équilibré. Moins déstabilisant que la plupart des oranges.
Magnifique!!! quelle fraîcheur, note prononcé d’abricot et pêche blanche, très droit en bouche, légère effervescence, grande finesse, vive le non filtré ;-) j’adore
