"Sous les Amandiers". Un orange 100% Malvoisie de Sitges élaboré par Toni et Anna Carbó, dans le Penedès (D.O.), en Catalogne. Macération pelliculaire en grappes entières foulées, pendant 15 jours. Puis élevage de 7 mois en cuve en inox. Arômes bruts de fruits tropicaux et agrumes. Floral et minéral. Mais très équilibré. Moins déstabilisant que la plupart des oranges.
