Our estate was founded in 2011 and by this time we are working on 18 hectares on the south slope of Szent György-hegy. The main goal is to rediscover unremembered Hungarian grape varieties and discover the potential of our volcanic terroir. All the vineyards are our own property, farmed using biodynamic practices since 2014, biodynamic certified since 2020. The cellar work is so simple and scheduled according to the lunar calendar. At harvest time we work hard then it is restful and quiet. We concentrate mainly on the way of processing the grapes that must be very gently and at the right time. Avoiding using pumps every step is done by gravity, the number of racking is a maximum of 3 with the bottling included. To schedule the work in the cellar we use a lunar calendar and tidal range values.
